Uniswap attains NFT marketplace aggregator Genie to elevate its ideals

Decentralized Exchange Uniswap acquires additional NFT Functionality to its platform following the obtainment.

Uniswap — the most Decentralized Exchange (DEX) Uniswap proclaimed the acquisition of the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) Marketplace Aggregator Genie this Tuesday. Uniswap stated this move is part of its mission to unlock versatile ownership and exchange on its platform.

Uniswap is now incorporating NFTs into its product line, starting with the Uniswap web application, and after integrations are said to retain developer APIs and widgets. This is not the first time Uniswap has functioned with NFTs. In the spring of 2019, it founded Unisocks, which delivered NFT liquidity pools backed by real-world assets.

Uniswap said in the statement: “We are eager to obtain what we have learned building Decentralized Finance products to NFTs.”

Genie is known as the first NFT marketplace aggregator equipping a means to discover, buy and sell NFTs across diverse marketplaces. The company permits users to batch buy NFTs over all prominent marketplaces in a single transaction and save up to 40% of gas fees.
